Happy Thursday Friends!
I wanted to THANK YOU all so much who read yesterdays post. I will update everyone as soon as I hear something.
Today's post has got my wheel's turnin! My GARDENING wheels! My first daffodil opened up yesterday and that's all it takes for me to start dreaming about my gardens and what I plan to do this year.
Here are TWO AWESOME publications you gotta know about if you don't already.
First up is another book in the series by Judy Condon titled Simply Country Gardens. You open the first page and realize you are in for a treat. Just page after page of the most wonderful gardens in full color! And here is something exciting~ I am so proud to say that one of my very own dear customers Sherrie Hinson {no blog....yet *wink*...I'm trying} is FEATURED! Her gardens are worthy of a magazine and I am thrilled for her that she is in this awesome book. She also makes the most beautiful note cards with pictures of her home and gardens and I sell them at the shop. One talented lady for sure!
{ and pick me up } and we'll go together!!
Picked up that same magazine this past weekend. I can sum it up in one word...FANTASTIC!!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy,
Christine
Ok... no questions asked... gonna go find it!

I picked up the magazine also and love it. I am looking forward to spring, woke up to snow this morning and my green house was in a glow with the light shinning inside and the blanket of snow on the roof.............HUGS MARY
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous publications. Another one I'd like to recommend is "Garden Gate." I've been receiving all those wonderful seed catalogs in the mail for about a month, and I'm also itching to get outside in the flower beds and garden. Thanks for the tip! I'm off to find these!
ReplyDeleteHey Beth, thanks for the 'heads up' on the magazines. I've got the gardening fever as well...it's 85 degress here in Florida today!
ReplyDeleteTake care and I always look forward to your wonderful white finds!
Blessings,
Susie
Found Flea Market Gardens when I was stalking Barnes & Noble waiting for Flea Market Style to come out! Great magazine. Our daffodils started coming out the other day but I went ahead and bought a few bunches of them for vases around the home so at least it's Spring INside!
ReplyDeleteDaffodil? J-e-a-l-o-u-s!
ReplyDeleteGonna have to pick up that magazine; I've had tunnel vision waiting for
Flea Market Style which appeared at my Walmart yesterday..

Isn't that magazine too fabulous! I've been devouring it for two weeks now. I've got spring fever really bad now, but this rag was a good shot of medicine.

You got a Daffodil and I got 12 inches of snow. Wahhhh! A green thumb I do not have (mostly because my soil in non-compliant) but I will have to pick up Flea Market Gardens. I have Flea Market Style and what a fantastic read that is!
