PROJECT: CHAIRS!! YOU DECIDE WHAT I SHOULD DO!!

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.....

TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS.......

GO WITH YOUR GUT......

YOU HAVE A VOICE!!!!

NOW USE IT AND TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!

I recently snagged 4 of these beee-utiful chippy white metal chairs at a yard sale.

We're dealing with 1986 sateen decorator fabric

in a stunning "Williamsburg blue" stripe.

{If I had the token goose cookie jar with the big blue bow, these would be adorable!}

Anyway...change is a comin and it's all up to you!

I had two good ideas and now I'm at the corner of Decorators Block and Indecisive Ave.



My first idea was to do each one in a different vintage feedsack....









I love the color combinations of the faded blues, green, reds.....

That was all well and good til I remembered I had this fabric stashed away.....




and well now ....you can see why I need help!

The feedsacks make um all one of a kind...truly unique and more versatile for the buyer.

The red is very specific but looks crisp and modern in a country farmhouse way.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!

I DON'T USUALLY BEG FOR COMMENTS BUT THAT HAS BEEN THROW OUT THE WINDOW!!

    Well....I could save you the trouble of choosing, if you just sell all four to me!!!! LOL I would have a hard time choosing form your choices of fabric, but, I do love the feed sacks and I like the idea of linen with stamping. And, of course, you can never go wrong with ticking!

    Like YOU said...go with your gut and instinct! You're first instinct was to use the feedsacks, and I believe you were right! The feedsacks will be awesome!

    Altho I HEART feedsacks and they are to die for, but in my opinion with the style of the chair you are dealing with, I would go with the red check. So country, farm style. Can't you just see them at an old chippy white table with a big floral arragement of sunflowers? I just love yellows and red together. Or a old farmhouse wood top table mixing in some black accents? Oh well, follow your heart and you won't go wrong. Please let us all know what you decide. Have a great day.

    No doubt - the red check. The feed sacks don't go with the style of the chair. Also, the pale color of the chair needs a bright color for the seats. OK - I'm opinionated. I admit it.

    Feed sacks with small 3" ruffles out of the red/white fabric ( I like the ruffle idea prev. suggested ) This way you get the best of both.
