With our first Sunday at the Marketplace of the season behind us (what a GREAT DAY!) it gives me a chance to get caught up on some other news!
There has been some pretty neat-o stuff going on here lately!
I was at my booth at The Depot a couple weeks ago and there were two people browsing in my booth who had just arrived from LA and were scouting out props for a movie!
Well they hit the mother load when they came to NC! They grabbed some great pieces out of my booth at The Sleepy Poet and The Depot! How cool is that? Pieces of Olde Tyme Marketplace.....in a movie! Does that make me an agent? LOL! (have your people call my people and we'll do lunch)
They have been finding all kinds of great finds from many of my dealer friends as well.
Our junk is gonna be famous!

do you know what movie they were doing, that is so neat now you can go to the movies to try to spot your junk babies.

Glad you visited and look forward to getting to know you better and of course...all the junk!!!! It is not as easy to find good junk in Florida! Even the American Pickers were a bit junk challenged when they came here!! I have some junk envy...especially all that chippy white wooded junk envy!

Hi Beth...how exciting! We have movie studios come in quite often looking for props since alot of movies have been being shot in and around Boston! We actually had a young lady come in that worked for Disney Studios too!
