Spring is coming...I have proof!

My first sign of SPRING!! This little ole daffodil is always the first one to greet me after her long rest. She is a little late this year though...last year she was here and blooming on Christmas Day!! She just opened up yesterday.I thought all you gals would like to see that there is HOPE! Spring is right around the corner and you know what that means.......GARAGE SALES, YARD SALES, FLEA MARKETS....and of course more darling daffodils!!
Let the countdown begin!!

I just love daffodils (buttercups). Dont they just bring a simle to your face?

It's lookin like spring around here too, all the trees are starting to bud out. I just cant believe it. It's only the end of January.

Thanks for posting the pic. Have a good one.

I can't believe it but how nice to see the daffodil and know that spring is on it's way...all schools around here are canceled for the day because of snow that we got over night and this morning.

Spring???!!!
We're in the throes of a blizzard tonight, for heaven's sake!

It sure would be wonderful to see, but it'll be the end of March before we catch sight of one in Indiana!

Hi Beth,
I thought I would pay you a visit today. It was so nice of you to leave such lovely comments on my tablescape post last week. I know where Marshville is located. I am not to far from you in Union County, NC. I might have to swing by your shop sometime. I too have daffodils and tulips already poking the first signs of green through the earth of my planter beds. Nothing has bloomed yet. I am a big fan of Fall but I am so looking forward to Spring this year. Can't explain it, just can't wait to get out there and start some gardening. Love the tour of your pictures from Christmas. My husband and I want to build a Log Home in the Mts. and fill it full of country and primitive decor. I'll visit you again soon.
