Truck Load Full o' Junk!!

It's a very peculiar thing what a truck load of fabulous junk can do to me!!! I am smiling right now as I type this post looking at all this stuff! One of my SUPER FAV'S was the silver crown! It is probably one of the snazzi-est things I have ever bought! This crown is the direct result of "blog influence!!!!" Two months ago I would have passed this up like canned peas for breakfast BUT after looking at so many wonderful blogs and the ideas so many talented ladies display out there, this crown practically jumped out and bit me. I was very excited to get it and now I have no idea how to price it. It's tarnished but I love it that way. It is probably solid silver and worth millions!!! Who knows!!???LOL!
Some of the other goodies brought laughs too. See the KEEP RIGHT street sign? Well Mr.OTM got a pretty serious look on his face and in all sincerity says....Um I Don't know how legal it is to have one of those signs , let alone sell it!" Bless his heart!! I did have to ask him...DO you think I just stole off the post???? He says he never asks because he's afraid of what the answer will be!! Smart man! SO just to clarify....NO the sign isn't stolen...I paid for it honest!
See the stack of old homespun pillows?? Well I passed up a yard sale and had to turn around. Got to the sale and there was really nothing except an old tool carrier.Paid for it and the guy says to me...."By looking at the back of your truck I see you like primitives....my wife used to have an antique shop and we have some buildings out back if you'd like to go through them!" WELLLLLL that got my attention and I hollarded to Janna to get out of the truck cuz we were going rummagin. Here's the best part.....the guy told us that one of us could get on the golf cart with him and one could walk....well WE SAID that's okay we can both fit on the seat...HE SAYS..."now don't go breakin my tires!!!!!" OMGosh!! Yep honest to goodness he said it...what a smooth talker huh??? (what a gal doen't go through to get a good deal...I swear....) So , he took us to the buildings and we each found some good stuff...his wife threatened to divorce him because he let us back there but she softened up when she saw we had cash. The pillows are old old feather pillows with old homespun cases. I LOVE THEM.....Mr. OTM thinks they are gross. They look wonderful all stacked up...now all I need is the log cabin to put them in!
Most of this stuff wound up in the JUNKIN ESCAPADES booth at the Sleepy Poet. I will be posting some updated booth shots over on that blog later. If ya see anything you are just dying to have...shoot me and email and it could be yours! Hope you have had some laughs of your own today!!!

You hit the mother lode, I especially like the wooden box with the hand hole. The sign is neat too.

The crowns my favorite, too. But that is a junker's dream, when they tell you that they have hidden treasures & you are the only one that gets to see them. How blessed are YOU!!!!!!!

I am interested in the blue shoe form shown in the first or second picture. How much for the item? By the way, I have been to your shop and absolutely LOVE it! I hope to make it to the open house on the 27th of March. Good luck in future endeavors!
